- All JNP members have taken party membership on their own by going through the party general guidelines and paying their party membership fee. Any additional contribution to the party by the means of donation by any party members shall be totally on their sole discretion, once contributed, it will be non-refundable.
- Any non member person contributing directly to the party by means of donation solely depends on the individual’s owninterest, once contributed to the party it will be non-refundable.
- Any party member will not create any Whatsapp group, Facebook page or any other public group / social media group or party profile by using the party name unless you have a written permission from the Party President else it will be treated as violation of party guidelines and your membership will be immediately cancelled. Party can also take strict disciplinary actions against the member.
- Any of the party member (or group of party members) if found involved in any activities, which are against our Party guidelines or if found involved in any criminal activity / forgery / anti-national or any other activity which is against the society / party, either personally or through any social media platform like Facebook / Twitter / Instagram / Whatsapp / Telegram / Telephone etc., the member (or group of member) shall be immediately withdrawn from all party post/posts (if they are holding any post/posts) and their party membership will also be terminated without giving any prior notice. The member/members will be themselves responsible for any actions by the police or any other government agency.
- Party provides online platform like Whatsapp etc. to the membersfor sharing their views and participating in the ongoing and future activities of JNP so that JNP can achieve its goal, and can be established strongly as a National Party of India. All the members will ensure that their post is contributing to the JNP Party Vision and Mission and is giving strength to the party and party members by sharing their original thoughts not by copied content or forwarding posts. Members can forward posts only if they feel it is important for JNP India.
- No negative posts related to any political party or members of any political party or their work should be posted in the group.If a memberis posting any posts on any of the online platforms provided by the party, the member is expected that his/her post is backed by data and if needed he/she can give references in support of the post.
- Posts should be driven towards JNP contribution towards the development of society and progress of our country INDIA.Your posts should not be against any religion/caste/community/gender/race/ethnicity.It should not promote any type of violence and should respect all religions.All the Messages/ Posts/ Pictures should be posted with JNP logo in JNP Group.
